On November 26, 2007 formal certification and continuous learning requirements were issued for Contracting Officer Technical Representatives (http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/procurement/memo/fac-cotr.pdf)

Government*Horizons offers the following courses in support of FAC-COTR training requirements:

Competency-based Training for Certification Maintenance
