This Workshop:
EVM Reporting and Analysis Overview
This one-day course introduces the processes involved in operating an integrated Earned Value Management project control system. The one-day overview is designed to provide an appreciation for the mechanisms that produce EVM data elements, the processes for summarizing and analyzing those elements and the standard reporting formats that are unique in an EVM environment.
Continuing Education:
The workshop is recommended for 8 Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) toward DAWIA/FAC-C requirements. A Government*Horizons Certificate of Completion will be provided to all attendees upon conclusion of the workshop.
