About This Workshop

Reduce the performance that leads to protests, delays, cost overruns, and substandard performance with this two-day interactive workshop. Program and contracting personnel will continue and extend the conversion journey to creating effective performance based requirements with a focus on: developing realistic, consistent, non-restrictive needs; clearly stating objectives; troubleshooting problems before release, and relating performance results to the program, strategic and budgetary domains.

Students are invited to bring a recent Statement of Work for team-based improvement and one-on-one consultation with our expert instructor, Steven Stryker.

A new government report recommends contract training to achieve better federal contracting results.  Click here to download the Managing the Government’s Technical Experts to Achieve Positive Contract Outcomes report by the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board dated December 2005.
