Teresa Allison, PMP Teresa Allison is currently a Principal Consultant for Portfolio Management at Fujitsu Consulting. The company is a global IT consulting firm with over 160,000 consultants that provides expertise in strategic management, business process management, change management, enterprise architecture, systems analysis, systems development, systems integration, and managed services. Allison assists the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) CIO, CFO, and CPO staff in monitoring the performance of over 70 information technology investments totaling $4.6 Billion. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a capital planning subject matter expert for the SAIC CPIC Center of Excellence special projects team. Before arriving at SAIC, Allison was a Senior Consulting Manager at Robbins-Gioia LLC, where she led a team that provided support to DHS’s Transportation Security Administration OCIO Director of Strategic, Capital Planning and Enterprise Program Management. She managed budget formulation for roughly $1.3 Billion in capital investments. Her team was responsible for coaching project managers through the capital planning and business case development process, coordinating communications, developing and implementing a training program, conducting business case reviews, as well as managing the business case submission process. Ms. Allison possesses fourteen years of experience in providing program management services for government and non-profit agencies. Allison has been an information technology professional in the Washington, DC area for nine years and provided expertise to Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration, Customs and Border Patrol, Department of Transportation, Department of Health and Human Services, Veteran’s Health Administration, Department of State, US Agency for International Development, Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, and Social Security Administration. Allison received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Xavier University in 1993. She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University’s H. John Heinz III School of Public Policy with a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management specializing in Management of Information Systems in 1999. In February 2003, Teresa Allison received a Master Certificate in Project Management from ESI International and George Washington University. Allison obtained her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 1999.
