With 38% of the federal acquisition workforce eligible to retire by FY2008 and up to 20% more attrition due to early retirements and transfer - agencies need a fast and effective way to ensure their changing workforce meets core competency requirements, supports the customer mission, and ensures efficient use of taxpayer dollars.
