About This Workshop:

Subcontractor selection and management plans are becoming an increasingly important factor during an agency’s proposal evaluation process. These concepts will be the focus of this workshop.

Topics include: Understanding agency goals, socioeconomic requirements, selecting subcontractors, types of prime-sub agreements, flow down clauses, etc. By the end of the workshop, you will feel more comfortable with the optimum way to select, administer, manager, and evaluate your subcontractors.
